DX labels not printing

  1. Restart the machine.
  2. Check that One Drive is successfully synchronised on the machine by left clicking the One Drive logo on the task bar. 
    1. If not successfully synchronised, right click the One Drive logo and then click the gear icon on the One Drive window. Select 'Quit One Drive'.
    2. Re-open One Drive from the start menu. 
  3. Force close DX print watcher from the task bar. Right click the DX logo and click quit. 
  4. Restart the DX print watcher from the Desktop.

If the issue persists after this, please raise a ticket. Whilst waiting for the ticket to be actioned, manually input the information into DX and print the labels manually.
