Parcel Force labels not printing
- Restart the machine.
- Check that One Drive is successfully synchronised on the machine by left clicking the One Drive logo on the task bar.
- If not successfully synchronised, right click the One Drive logo and then click the gear icon on the One Drive window. Select 'Quit One Drive'.
- Re-open One Drive from the start menu.
- Open WDMO from the start menu.
If the issue persists after this, please raise a ticket. Whilst waiting for the ticket to be actioned, manually input the information into Parcel Force and print the labels manually.
