Label Printers - Wrong / incorrect print dimensions

If the printers are not correctly printing at the right size or dimensions, these need to manually be set in the printer preferences tab.

This will often happening when a new user tries to use the label printers, or potentially after a computer reset.

1 Open settings
2 Find printers and scanners, and select your printer
3 Click Printing Preferences
4 Navigate to the options tab
5 Measure the dimensions of the paper, and enter these in the width and length boxes
6 Click ok or apply, re-open the pdf and attempt a print.
