SAP labels not printing

  1. Confirm that the corrrect printer / print queue has been selected for the label creation. 
  2. Check if any other labels can be printed manually, away from SAP. If they cannot, please restart the pritner. 
  3. If labels can be printed from other applications, please raise a ticket for investigation work on the SAP print queue.
